The emerginC Vitality Mask is a rich cream mask based on Q10, vitamin E, squalane and shea butter. Ideal for tired, dry, sensitive or irritated skin. As with sleep, in which the skin receives extra oxygen and you wake up rosy and restored, this mask provides the same effect thanks to its sophisticated mix of ingredients.

The mask provides the skin with a powerful dose of coenzyme Q10, vitamins E, F and H, lutein and shea butter. Q10 provides energy in cellular processes, helps soothe the skin and reduce redness. It works well with the vitamins because Q10 provides them with extra strength. As does the super antioxidant alpha lipoic acid.

alpha lipoic acid: one of the most powerful antioxidants (as an example, it has 400x more powerful antioxidant activity than common vitamin C). It also repairs and stimulates the production and energy absorption of skin cells. In doing so, it supports the action of vitamins C, E and H and coenzyme Q10 by "recycling" them, once they are used up, thus prolonging their ability to neutralize free radicals. Alpha lipoic acid improves skin cell metabolism and energy production by being small enough as a molecule to penetrate the mitochondria, where energy is produced. It also repairs proteins in skin cells, has anti-inflammatory and soothing effects on the skin. With regular use, it will refine the skin, reduce coarse pores and improve skin texture.

Lutein, a pure plant antioxidant, protects against harmful effects of free radicals and sun damage; as does vitamin E, which also stimulates circulation. Vitamin H promotes the skin's own repair processes.
